Loveto ("we", "us") provides a couples app. This policy explains what information the app uses and why. We keep it short because we collect as little as possible.
Information we collect
- First name you enter, and optionally your partner's name.
- Content you create: answers to questions, moods, notes, dares and similar shared items, so they can sync between you and your partner.
- An anonymous account identifier created automatically so the app can connect you to your partner. We do not ask for your email address or phone number.
- Purchase status from Apple or Google to unlock Premium. We never see your payment details.
- Push notification token if you allow notifications, used to deliver reminders and partner nudges.
Photos
Photos you add, such as a couple photo, stay on your device unless a feature clearly says it shares them with your partner.
How we use information
Only to provide the app: syncing content between paired partners, unlocking answers when both have replied, sending notifications you enabled, and enabling Premium features.
What we never do
- We do not show ads.
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not use your answers or content to train AI models.
- We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Storage and security
Synced data is stored with our cloud database provider using encryption in transit. Access rules ensure only you and your paired partner can read your shared content.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app: open the Us tab and tap Delete account and data. This permanently removes your account and everything linked to it from our servers and your phone. You can also email topalserthan@gmail.com. Unpairing ends your partner's access to shared content.
Children
Loveto is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
